For me, your wellness is personal!

After struggling with debilitating fatigue, stubborn weight loss resistance,  skin problems, unpredictable joint pain, non-restorative sleep, brain fog, and a terrible mood for years, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I'm guessing I went undiagnosed for a very long time and I estimate it took over 15 years to get correctly diagnosed and I am on the inside of the healthcare industry!  I finally found a physician that believed I was a good historian, would listen, draw the correct labs, and allow me to try different types and brands of thyroid meds to figure out what worked best for me. What started as a long, complicated, expensive quest to conquer my own illness has turned into a lifelong passion for continual learning and helping others step back onto the road to healing and thriving and confidently show up in their lives like never before. I am on a mission to share all I have learned in hopes of accelerating your journey to optimum wellness as well.

I believe all decisions matter. How we eat, think, drink, supplement, move, sleep, connect, and play have an impact on our wellness. It is also important to realize that it is incredibly important to have the basics down before you jump into the rabbit hole.
